Navigate Your Member Portal

Learning how to navigate your member portal is easy! Check out the screenshots and descriptions below. For information on navigating the mobile member portal, please visit the Learn Mobile page. Clicking on images will make them larger.

Member Dashboard

Your member dashboard is the landing page for your member portal. On the right hand side you have your navigation allowing you to jump to different pages within the portal. These sub-pages are described below.

The left side will have some basic member information, your registered activities, and recent announcements from the league. Please make sure to check your dashboard regularly to stay on top of the latest updates from your division and the league.

Members: When you log in, please double check to make sure your name and division are correct.

Account Settings

Account Settings

The account settings screen allows you to connect your account to Facebook so you don't have to remember another username or password. This page also allows you to choose your email notification settings. Just remember, if you opt out of emails, you are still responsible for knowing the information that is distributed.

Members: Please make sure to change your password upon your first login.

  


 

Invoices

The invoices page is split into two tabs: Unpaid and Receipts. The unpaid invoices require your action. Invoices must be paid in a timely manner. If you have any league dues unpaid prior to the start of the season, you will not be included in the draft. The receipts tab shows you previously paid league fees and dues.

Member Profile

Member Profile

Your member profile information has been imported from our previous system. Please make sure all information is accurate. If anything needs to be changed, you can do so by clicking "Edit Profile" on the right-side navigation. The profile page will also show you the events and leagues you are registered for in DIVA. Providing your NAGVA ID number will allow the VP of Administration to verify your certifications.

Members: You will notice we now ask for preferred positions. These are to help captains during the draft process. Please keep in mind, these are only suggestions and do not guarantee you will be drafted for these positions.

  


 

Play Schedule

The play schedule screen shows you your game times for the upcoming weeks. This allows you to see your opponents and the reffing teams.

Members: Please note these are game times only and do not show the times you are required to ref - you must look at the entire schedule for this information.

Summer (Sand) - You will either play during the early session (7:15pm - 9:30pm) or late session (9:30pm - 11:45pm) but do not have reffing duties.

Summer (Indoor) - All teams will play or ref starting at 7:30pm. All players should plan to arrive early for warm-up or get the reffing details sorted out.

Fall & Spring - You will either play during the early session (7:30pm - 9:45pm) or late session (9:45pm - 12:00am) and do have reffing duties. If your schedule says your game times are at 8:15pm and 9:00pm, then you have reffing duties at 7:30pm. If your schedule says your game times are 10:30pm and 11:15pm then you have reffing duties at 9:45pm.
